Yesterday marked another major milestone in our Chapter 11 cases as the Court approved our Settlement with StakeHound.

Beginning today, additional withdrawals for Eligible Custody Users are now available. Please note that the only assets currently available for withdrawal are certain Custody Assets; all other cryptocurrency remains unavailable for withdrawal at this time.

The Celsius mobile and web app will be down for scheduled maintenance starting Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 3:00 AM ET.

Following feedback from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Celsius will begin to transition to a Mining-Only NewCo.

We recently became aware of a phishing attempt that may have resulted in customers receiving an unsolicited email from Celsius Customer Support. Celsius was able to resolve this attempt, and customer account and personal data are not at risk.

Last month, the Court authorized our settlement with the UCC and Custody Ad Hoc Group. Today, withdrawals begin for those who have opted in to the Settlement.

Earlier this year, the Court approved the distribution of the remaining 6% of Eligible Users’ Distributable Custody Assets (pure custody and transferred custody below $7,575 at the time of transfer) for a total of 100% of Eligible Users’ Distributable Custody Assets.

Earlier this week, we began our auction with NovaWulf, Fahrenheit LLC, and the Blockchain Investment Recovery Committee. We made substantial progress during the bidding process over the past four days.

As a result of our marketing process, we have announced that we will hold an auction on April 25, 2023, at 2pm ET.

A few weeks ago, the Court authorized our Settlement with the UCC and Custody Ad Hoc Group. If you are eligible for this settlement, you should have received communications from Celsius and Stretto.

We continue to work with the UCC and NovaWulf to prepare our Disclosure Statement. At the same time, since filing our Plan, we have continued to negotiate with other bidders to develop alternative bids.

Today, Celsius provided the Court with a brief update on our withdrawals process for certain eligible users and our mining business.

We are aware that some customers had issues viewing their Loans in the Celsius apps. Our team has resolved this issue and this feature has been restored.

We have been working collaboratively with the UCC, NovaWulf and all key stakeholders on a plan that maximizes value and offers greater recovery optionality for customers.

We are aware that some customers are having issues currently viewing their Loans in the Celsius apps. This issue has been escalated and we are working to restore loan visibility as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.

Since filing for Chapter 11, Celsius has been evaluating all options to maximize the value of their assets. Today, we provided the Court with an update.

As we continue to move closer to withdrawal reopening for distributable assets in certain Custody Accounts, Celsius is beginning to notify Eligible Users of necessary steps to facilitate withdrawals.

As a reminder, our motion requesting an extension of the general Bar Date, which is the deadline for all customers to file a claim, was approved by the Court earlier this year. In approving this motion, the Bar Date was extended to February 9, 2023 at 5:00 pm ET.
